We base our pricing on the square feet of the structure and the estimated time it would take to inspect.
If there are additions made to the home that increase the square footage that we are unaware of until we arrive, you will be charged at the appropriate size.

We offer stand alone inspections for all ancillary services including sewer scopes, radon testing, mold inspections, and pest and dry rot inspections.
Additional charges will be applied to ancillary services based on the square feet of the home or sevice requsted.

Every home inspection report comes with a FREE Thermal Imaging section and Structural Pest and Dry Rot section. We believe our customers deserve as much information as possible when buying a home.
Reports will be delivered within 24 hours of leaving the home. This is to ensure nothing is missed and our clients can stay on schedule.

Certified Home Inspector
Mike holds a professional business license for home inspections in Washington, and is certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the only home inspection school accredited by the US Department of Education. He has been licensed for structural pest inspections for over 10 years in both Washington and Oregon. Mike is perusing ongoing education of old and new technologies, materials, and building practices to provide his clients with the best customer service.

WASHINGTON LICENSING
